Every time a new consumer uses our service, we gain insight into what could be better. Likewise, the shops have been telling us plenty about how to improve it from their perspective. At our young stage, these improvements can be major leaps forward, not just modest enhancements.

DentBetty was first to market with a scalable internet bidding platform for the $10 Billion US Auto Body and Paint Industry. We were then first to enable greater transparency for this shopping method by introducing shop videos and a public directory. Now we will be first to market another critical piece of functionality explicitly optimized for this segment... in a manner that the cosmetic car repair industry has never seen. Be one of the first people in the world to see a sneak peek of our next major feature release.

The consumer's first call: Their Insurance Agent

What happens when you call your insurance agent with a $1500 problem (or less) and your deductible is $1000? Um, well, they can take care of it for you, but the minute they write a $500 check settlement for the difference, your premium is gonna go up. Currently your agent has nothing to say about this, except "Gee, I'm sorry, wish I could be more helpful."

Well now he or she can be more helpful! If you are an insurance agent, why not recommend DentBetty to your customer for any repairs best paid out of pocket? DentBetty is independent and not biased whatsoever - all shops can participate and we do not steer the consumer in any way. And best of all, it's up to the consumer to take responsibility and select which shop is most suitable for his or her needs. Help your client save time and money!

The exciting news for us is that as of a few weeks ago, the first couple of insurance agents to hear of DentBetty agreed to start recommending it to their customers looking for help with an out-of-pocket referral. We have great hopes for this program. Could our brand become as trusted and ubiquitous as Safelite AutoGlass, another company that is regularly recommended by insurance agents? Why not.

We are just getting started but we are already aware of many other ways we can assist insurance companies with customer service. We can even provide dramatic savings in their claims adjustment process. If you know of insurance executives that may wish to explore such opportunities, please encourage them to call, we're ready to help.
